Nature Club was made by a mum (hi!) who wanted more creative, present time with her kids, without hours of time to plan activities. Auto-Renewal:
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your subscription period. You will receive a notification before the renewal date. If you do not wish to continue, you can choose to discontinue your subscription at that time.
Cancellations:
To request a cancellation before your subscription renews, please email Lizzy at hello@natureclub.co.nz. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. For more details, refer to our FAQ page under the section "Can I cancel?"
Skipping a Month:
If maintaining your subscription becomes challenging, please contact us. We’re happy to explore options like skipping a month or adjusting your payment schedule to better suit your needs.
